Meagan has helped us purchase two house in the last 6 years, and also helped rent a house for us. She is a joy to work with, and has went way beyond what a realtor would normally do for clients. Can't imagine using anyone else for our real estate needs.

Meagan was professional, friendly, and positive throughout the entire process of selling the house. She guided us expertly through every step of the way, from listing to closing. She was supportive and encouraging through a couple bumps in the road, and answered all questions that arose. Selling a house can be a stressful experience, but Meagan and her team provided a supportive network to get us through it successfully. We enjoyed working with her!

My wife Sarah an I have known Meagan for about 20 years, which I why I asked her to be our realtor. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable- answering all of my questions...and there were many, and was helpful at all stages of the process. We set a fair price and when there were multiple offers of that, she allowed a bidding process that increased the final price significantly. The process allowed someone we felt really wanted our house for their own- a win-win. We are very thankful.
