I wanted to take a moment and thank our realtor Maureen Connolly from Coldwell Banker who helped us navigate through a very difficult and emotional time in selling our parents home of 45 years after their passing. She held our hand ( quite literally ) and was always a phone call away. She guided us through all the obstacles. This allowed us to take the time to truly say goodbye to our childhood home. The house sold in days. Crazy amounts of showings and offers immediately. It didn’t take long… faster than I thought. I highly recommend Maureen. She knows the ins and outs of it all. She has years of experience and wisdom. we are grateful for her guidance through this difficult time for our family .

Superior with a capital “S” Maureen lead us through the entire process facilitating our sale up to and including closing. She made recommendations, provided us with the names of companies to assist in the actual move, negotiated on our behalf and communicated with us every step of the way! We would highly recommend her - can’t imagine anyone better!

Maureen was absolutely amazing to work with during our home-buying journey. For anyone who has bought in this market, you know how stressful & discouraging it can be but Maureen made it easy and enjoyable. Her expertise is unmatched and she clearly demonstrates her knowledge in the market. I honestly don't think we would've secured the sale if it weren't for her. I would highly recommend Maureen to any friends/family/colleagues who are looking to buy or sell. She also gave me many recommendations for lawyers, inspectors, etc. who were phenomenal as well. If I sell in the future, she will be first on my list to call.
