Mattias helped my wife and I find and close on our first vacation/STR home in Massanutten. It was great working with him and his team. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions we had. He helped make the process of purchasing remotely very easy. Mattias helped us get into our home and we are so thankful. In this amazing market right now it is hard to find the right thing but he helped us along the way and showed us many houses that just weren't it, until we found the one. We initially connected with Mattias as part of our “interviews” of local realtors and selected him because he seemed to be data driven and we enjoyed seeing his market analysis flyers. From the get-go, we could tell that he wasn’t pushy and didn’t use scare tactics/Fear-of-missing-out to push us to move our timeline. Two years after our initial meeting is when we decided to seriously enter the market as buyers and he was the right person for us. House hunting in the post-Covid market had its challenges which in addition to our requirements limited our options but Mattias adapted to all that and was always ready to provide information and schedule viewings when asked. He’s punctual, has integrity, and works very well with other local realtors and lenders. As stated earlier he isn’t pushy and that was definitely a plus when the market got wild and he didn't pressure us to make a decision that wasn’t supported by facts, data, or what we thought was right for us. Regardless of your knowledge of the local market or home buying process, Mattias will be an asset and will provide informed and tangible data.
