Matt was very patient. I never felt pressured to make an offer on property that wasn't a good match. He was knowledgeable about the market and offered great suggestions when asked. He was always on time and has assembled a team of inspectors, mortgage lenders and legal staff. However, is totally comfortable if using other resources. Always responded in a timely manner and was helpful in walking through an otherwise stressful process. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Chrstine Welch was incredibly helpful during the homebuying process for my fiancé and me. Our search was a very long journey, as we were searching for our home for 10 months and Chrstine was by our side every step of the way. We met Matt in June 2023 while starting the process of selling our single family in Andover. He immediately impressed us with his knowledge of the industry and made a connection with my family. He really guided us in several aspects leading up to the sale. He was valuable in suggesting necessary and reasonable upgrades, timing of the sale and presenting us with comparative market analysis. We feel like we listed the property competitively and got the most for our property, considering these challenging times. Last but not least Matt dealt with the buyer's broker professionally and was crucial during the final days of stressful negotiations. His responsiveness is second to none. He is kind, understanding and supportive. We were extremely happy with our choice to work with him. We would use him again and highly reccomend him to anyone.

There are not enough stars for Matt and his team. My wife and I put our condo up for sale after 22 years so we had no idea what to expect. Matt made two videos, had pictures taken, aerial shots and dealt with all other realtors. Matt picked up the phone EVERY single time I called (no matter time or day) and explained in detail any and all concerns I was experiencing. Final result?? Three offers within two days. We accepted an all cash offer well over asking price. If it is time to put your home on the market, contact Matt Witte first.

Matt Witte of the Willam Raveis team was an excellent partner as it relates to selling my home. He has integrity, is knowledge, and practices effective communication. If you are seeking to buy or sell a home I highly recommend hiring Matt. Matt create a couple of videos including one in which he used a drone. These were high quality videos that engaged the audience. He advocated on our behalf and his pricing strategy proved to be effective even though I had a different strategy in mind. Ultimately, he convinced me to trust him and consider his experience with this strategy. He responded to every phone call, text and email in a timely manner. He was also proactive in his communication with me. As it relates to negotiation, he understood how to maximize the potential of the deal without seeming to eager.
