Matt spent alot of time showing us homes. He also handled a few problems that had come up trying to have 2 closings timed out perfectly. He worked for hard and was very knowledgeable on all aspects from beginning to the end.

Matt was able to sell my parents mini farm in 4 days for 15k over our listing price.
