If you are in need of an all-star team of professionals to guide you through the process of buying a home, look no further. We worked directly with Matthew and Sarah and received top-notch attention, service and guidance. We had an initial meeting with Matthew explaining the process, inquiring about our wants/needs in a new home, and making sure we knew that if we had any questions he would be readily available. He took us to see homes as soon as we were ready, and it was helpful to have someone experienced to help us think of things to look for while we walked through potential homes. Once we found our home, we entrusted him to write our offer in our best interest and it paid off. The seller accepted our offer! But of course, there are still a lot of steps until the home is actually yours! Inspections, repair requests, loan stuff, appraisal, walk thru, closing, etc! That part of the process took about a month for us, and Matthew and Sarah kept us on track with frequent timeline updates, letting us know when we had action items, and following up on things before we could even ask. We felt Matthew and Sarah were really organized and one step ahead on any questions that arose. Once we closed on our home, we continued to receive check-ins and communications from Matthew and Sarah, reminding us of even the smallest things to remember now that we had moved, like change of address, mail forwarding, electricity setup and all sorts of recommendations. We felt supported and well-informed from start to finish. This process was as seamless as possible for us and we are so thankful we chose Let’s Grow Realty Group to represent our family in this process. We will definitely be recommending this all-star team to our family and friends who are buying or selling a home!

Matt and his team helped us sell our home, and it went far better than I could've expected! They were in constant communication with us through the whole process and helped a great deal with negotiations and helped us get the best deal possible. My family and I moved from California to Texas a couple of months ago. He was referred to us through my cousin who is also a realtor, but in CA. He gave me Matt Soto's information and he gave him ours. Matt reached out to us less than a hour later. From our short conversation, I got a good vibe from him and so did my husband. Any time we had a question or concern, Matt was always available to us. He is very knowledgeable and honest, which is very important to us. He was our eyes and ears when searching for the perfect home for us in Texas. He took us on virtual tours to all the houses we requested, not problem. When we finally moved to Texas and met Matt face to face, it felt like we've known him all along. The process was painless and a smooth transition. He represented us very well and we plan on working with him for any future purchases.
