Wow, really surprised. Matt seemed nice and on board with our listing - we listed in early December with pictures to be taken in early January after the holiday. Then I never heard from him. I sent a text mid January asking about the photos. He sent a text back saying "the market has spoken and it has proven itself to be grossly overpriced". In only 30 days over Christmas? Without any sort of profession pictures or marketing plan? This was a very strange real estate listing. Why list a property you refuse to even take photos of? We cancelled the listing.
