Matthew is phenomenal! I would recommend him to anyone I know. Not only is he an expert in the field of real estate and design, but he is also such a joy to work with. He is attentive, responsive, and very kind. We had an amazing home buying experience that was easy, stress free, and fun because of working with Matthew. We hope to stay in our house for a long time, but know that whenever we do move we will want to work with Matthew again!

Matthew was an outstanding professional to work with during our transaction. The contract provided for a 3 week turn time and everyone worked together to make that happen by providing needed information and keeping everyone in the loop. He communicates in a timely manner and made sure all our questions were answered. I highly recommend him as an agent!

A close friend referred us to Matthew and he has been an answer to prayer for my family. He's like "the answer man". He is always positive, optimistic and professional. When things go wrong, he was able to guide us though what needed to be done and help us find contractors to do it. Matthew knows everybody! During the inspection process, we found the house needed the slab leveled and we needed new plumbing under the slab. These are major items and can be overwhelming. Matthew was able to connect us with experienced professionals to get the jobs done quickly. Matthew goes over and above on every task and always stays in close communication. Give him a call. You won't be sorry. Thanks Matthew for all your help.

Matthew….there aren’t enough words to express how much I appreciate all he did for me and my family through the home selling process. Not only does he answer every single call about every single concern and question….always….he never seems bothered, always seems happy…he’s a genuine, kind person. I had to move before I sold my home and he returned my cable equipment that I forgot. He checked my pool, checked if my front porch lights were on, sent someone to mow my lawn. My kids left items in my house and he went and got them and even offered to mail them. He got my house sold in two weeks above the price I told him I would take…he was my realtor, now I consider him my friend. There’s no one, absolutely no one I’d recommend higher!
