Mary Lou did an amazing job helping us find our home. She helped us realize what we were looking for in this crazy market and was always happy to answer any and all questions we had. She helped point us down the right and logical path when we asked which way to go and got confused as new home buyers. She was always willing to find out more about any property we had questions on and got any answers we sought - and also deciphered what those answers meant for us in the long term as home owners. She helped us understand how everything will affect us personally. She was always quick to respond to every question and inquiry we had. We will be using her to help sell our condo as we were so pleased. We are so grateful we had her in this process, I would not have trusted anyone else!

Mary Lou was very honest and upfront with the sale of my house and she had more showings and offers than my previous realtor who had it listed for a year she listed it and had it sold in a couple months I would recommend her to anyone

This review has been long overdue. I worked with Mary Lou in 2020 to help sell my mom's house after she passed. Mary Lou was a true pleasure to work with and quite the real estate professional. My brother was in charge of identifying/hiring Realtors to sell the condo that had belonged to my parents since the building opened. During the initial effects of the pandemic, potential buyers were minimal. However, Mary Lou was hired after 1 yr. & provided direction, ideas, and was equipped with strategies that created a welcoming large, fresh condo appearance to the potential buyers. Mary Lou's knowledge & expertise, seeking & finding needed information, & ensuring all be informed, while handling potential buyer's queries were just a part of her professional success.
