We just successfully bought our first home. It was difficult and emotional and we had no idea what we were doing. Fortunately, Mary Krummenacher is an absolute GEM! My husband and I really lucked out upon stumbling across Mary. Mary is absolutely down to earth, fantastic, caring human being. Mary found us our perfect home and worked day and night to keep us calm. She was in our corner every step of the way! We brought what felt like an almost impossible task to Mary but she showed no task is impossible for her. Mary showed true grit and advocated for what was in our best interests. Mary is an outstanding Realtor! She knows her craft and is truly dedicated for whomever she is representing! We trusted her with our livelihood and she never disappointed once and always showed up. I cannot praise her work highly enough! She helped us to stay on track with signing all of the papers, and taking care of all the legal pieces of the sale, and was very patient when we forgot or didn't get something done. This wasn't a million dollar house, either. This was a regular, middle class, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. That proves to us that Mary’s- and by extention, the ReMax Team's - efforts were extremely genuine. I am amazed at how available they both were throughout the entire process. LISTEN! Derek is fantastic! If you are looking for someone to take the stress out of home buying, he’s your guy! From start to finish, we were never pressured and felt like we were in the hands of someone very capable and very honest. Will definitely use him again on future purchases!

Derek is amazing! He is very knowledgeable of both the area and the housing industry. We bought a house with our first bid using a VA loan in Spring of 2022 … something relatively unheard of in a peak sellers’ market. We were moving to St. Louis from out of state and were only there for 6 days to look at houses. Derek showed us 21 houses in 3 days. He helped us navigate the buying process and our first bid was accepted. We were told not to use a VA loan, but Derek was still able to raise our offer to the top. He gracefully answered all of our questions and made us feel like a priority. He was with us in every step of the process from looking at houses to the bid process/paperwork to a virtual final walkthrough. He was fantastic during the entire process! I highly recommend his services to anyone!!

Derek is a very thoughtful, kind, pleasant to talk to individual, who has an excellent grasp of the real estate market in St. Louis, and he successfully aligned his thinking process to our needs. He was always available, and very prompt in sending updates. He is also very well connected in the St. Louis community, and leverages his connectivity to the benefit of his clients. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy and enjoyed every moment of the process, and also our new space, even months later. Even 6 months from purchase, he continues to be available and very helpful. Also, we greatly appreciate the small gifts we receive from him to celebrate festivities, and he continues to make us smile months after our purchase.
