We have worked with Mark and his team for three real estate transactions and continue to use them. We've recommended to family who also had a great experience. They have a well organized and managed team. Mark helped us optimize our home for photos when we were selling, gave us clear advice and guidance on price point, and made the process of buying and selling as smooth as it can be. He was easily reachable, as were other members of his team. The paperwork can be pretty overwhelming, but his office staff communicated with us clearly and promptly. We had no issues and appreciated the guidance, as we were newer to buying/selling.

I recently worked with Mike to sell my house in Champaign. From the start Mike was AWESOME. He helped me get the house ready before listing and was there every step of the way. The fact that I moved to Alabama when the house first listed had me a bit concerned but Mike was great at taking care of everything that needed to be done in my absence. I can't recommend Mike enough; a great person and a great realtor!

Angie is a kind, caring and knowledgeable agent who really works in the best interest of her clients. She is also not those kinds of brokers that are constantly overwhelming you with information and putting pressure on you to buy a property so they can make business. All the process was super easy and efficiently and Angie was always available for us. This is our first time buying a property in the United States and we were on vacations out of the country of great part of the whole buying process. Yet Angie made everything easy for us so we could not loose the opportunity of buying the house of our dreams! She was very protective yet politically correct when the sellers’ broker (yes, the well known male broker in the area) wasn’t very kind to us at the very last minute after signing. We couldn’t recommend Angie more! She is the perfect person that we’ll give you peace of mind while buying.

Mike Goebel at Keller-Williams was amazing to work with. He has extensive knowledge of the area. I had a few “must-haves” that I wouldn’t budge on, and he did a great job at finding me the perfect condo. I liked that he responded quickly to my questions, as patience was never my strong suit! He’s also just a super nice guy who made me feel at ease from the first minute we met. Highly recommend!
