Mark is a fantastic realtor! As first-time homebuyers, we knew very little about the process. Mark walked us through every step with clear explanations. He shared his extensive knowledge of the local towns we were looking to buy in, and impressed us with his keen eye for aspects of houses we would not have known to look for or been able to evaluate. Mark was also very flexible and responsive. Additionally, he had great recommendations for other professionals in the area. Very glad we connected with Mark for our smooth house purchase!

Mark was easy to work, very responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to support me in the sales process. In addition to his collaborative approach, he was very knowledgeable about the market, sakes strategies, staging, local vendors and all related processes. I highly recommend him!!!

Andrea did a great job of reaching out to understand our needs for home buying but not being pushy. So many agents have inundated me with calls/emails/texts but Andrea had an initial chat with us and understood when I said we were in very early stages of figuring out our next move. So when the time came for a house that had everything we wanted to get put on the market she worked swiftly with us to get the right kind of offer in place and explain all the different ways we can entice our offer. With her help and expertise we were able to make an offer that was accepted. This meant we got the one and only home we put an offer in on and I truly think it is because of the advice that Andrea gave. As we navigated our closing she was very responsive over text and email to all the questions we had and she made an extremely stressful situation/transaction completely manageable. I would recommend working with Andrea and I’ve already given her contact info out to others In search of a home who are finding other agents overwhelming and unhelpful. Andrea was the complete opposite and I’d recommend her to anyone!

Cory is a fantastic real estate agent and we had a great experience with him! We met Cory in the spring when we were first starting our house hunt. We chose him as our real estate agent because he was very responsive and would give us helpful feedback about each house that we saw. He helped us for over 6 months as we searched in a very competitive market. He is very knowledgable about the market and each of the towns in the area and would give us his honest opinion and advice. He was always willing to get on a call to discuss with us (even if it was 10pm at night when we were working on writing up an offer for the next day!). Whenever we asked him for help, such as wanting to walk through a house the next day, he was always very accommodating and would make us a priority. Cory is also very personable and we felt very comfortable bouncing ideas off of him. Once we are under contract he helped us through all the details of the closing process for our first home. He was very patient with us and would always check in to see how we were doing. If you have Cory as your real estate agent you will be in very good hands!

Nobody better than Mark and his team when looking to buy or sell. An incredible partner in navigating all aspects of the market he is patient, highly knowledgeable and overall great guy. He has his clients best interest at heart. My fiancé and I couldn't be happier in our new home, and we can't imagine going through the process with anyone else. Especially as "Green" homebuyers/sellers he put us at ease during and made everything much less intimating. There is a reason why Mark and his team are so well respected in the community. Highly recommend.
