Mark understands the market well and and gives great insight and advice. Very effective at salvaging deals that other agents likely would have lost. He listens to his clients and treats them with integrity. One of the most important services Mark provides is protection against pitfalls that can bite you in the various real estate contracts -- like the offer to purchase. He really knows the business end of buying and selling real estate. I highly recommend Mark Puckett.

Mark made this the best real estate transaction I’ve ever completed. From his initial consultation through closing, the process was almost effortless for my family. His knowledge of our neighborhood, proper staging and pictures, and expert marketing allowed us to quickly accept an offer for far more than we expected. Our only complaint is that we are moving out of state and couldn’t bring him with us. Thank you so much for everything you did.
