Kelly went above and beyond to get us the house of our dreams in the competitive DMV area. In a multi-bid scenario, we were not the highest bidder but Kelly closed the deal for us with her negotiation skills. We were first time buyers, buying remotely from out of town, and buying during COVID. Kelly didn’t blink an eye at these challenges. She was professional, responsive, informative, and cared more about getting us the right house than her commission. I recommend Kelly to any prospective homebuyers in the DMV area.

Mark was great. We decided to buy our house in a very short time frame. Mark was able to tie it all together and get it done. He knows the business and the people such as loan officers and inspectors to make the process go smoothly. He was patient, very responsive to questions and not pushy. His advice was spot on.
