Mark did an excellent job assisting us in renting out a property. He was detail oriented, very professional and thorough with everything. Very pleasant to work with. He was quick to return calls, answer our never ending questions and took care of the entire process end to end. Mark is great! I will definitely recommend him.

I had no idea how painful selling and moving our home was going to be. Mark was so helpful and available during the entire process. I needed him to keep the objective in site and his encouragement along with a positive attitude was so helpful to me and my husband. He has the experience to meet any situation with knowledge as to how to resolve it and keep the sale of our house moving forward. Very kind and understanding of our feelings and situation. Mark Heflin did a terrific job selling my home. He is very knowledgeable about the market and the Somerset area. I quickly got a great offer. Mark was very helpful and made the process go smoothly. He was always easily available by phone to answer questions and troubleshoot any issues that came up. He helped me get the home ready for sale. He knew what the Township required before closing and took care of everything. The closing was completed quickly and with no problems. I am very glad that I chose to work with Mark…I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Mark was excellent! He is very knowledgeable about real estate and his office was super fast to get our bid on the property we wanted. They pay very close attention to detail making sure everything is correct in order to get the process moving, you don’t see that a lot these days. They treat you like family and he finds the house that works for you, not his pocket! I would highly recommend Mark for anyone looking to sell or buy a home, he’s the best!
