Marie was amazing! Any time we contacted her, she was there to answer. We were selling and buying so it got confusing sometimes keeping track of the paperwork for what house. We sent her a list of houses we wanted to look at over the next week or so but Marie it up for us to see 12 houses in one day! We have already recommended her to one of our friends who was thinking of moving from up north to Florida.

Marie has been a saving grace while buying and selling property for us, especially doing it from another state! I first purchased a condo (with Marie) in 2018 as a second home, 6 years later we wanted to move into a house as we retired. I trust Marie so much that I have her my wishes (no rear neighbors, open concept, quiet area), she found our perfect retirement home and we bought it- sight unseen! We love working with Marie and we loved each location she found for us!

Buying your first home can be a pretty overwhelming and stressful experience. But not for my family. Marie made the entire process run so smoothly. She was extremely helpful every step of the way. She was honest about the pro’s and con’s about the homes that we toured, so it was clear from the beginning that she wasn’t money hungry. She genuinely cares about her clients and wanted to help us make the right decision for our future. Once our offer was accepted, she was excellent with her communication. Not just with us either. She was in constant contact with the seller’s agent, the loan people, the inspection agent. She kept us updated and in the loop, and any time we needed information or answers, she would get it for us promptly. She was professional, understanding and so kind to my family. She even got us a house warming gift when we closed on the house. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her.

Marie and I got connected randomly from Zillow and it was the best match I could have had! She was super helpful and prompt. My husband and I had 1 weekend to fly to florida and look at homes; Marie took us to over 30 homes in 2 days: at the end of the weekend we signed for a new build: the build took over 9 months and Marie was there to support us the whole way. She would visit the house and monitor progress since we were unable to. I would encourage anyone looking for a Relator to reach out to marie. Plus she’s funny so during all the stress and madness of home buying she lightened the mood. :)
