Marian is awesome, friendly, relatable & kind. She helped us buy our first home & sell this one. We wouldn’t use anyone else! We first moved up to southbury from Long Island and didn’t know the area at all. She helped us look around, get to know the town and helped point us in the right direction as far as Homes. Then when we decided to move out of state there is no one else we would have used. We love Marian.

We were new to the area and met Marian for the first time in her office. She was very knowledgable about the Southbury schools as well as the areas in and around Southbury. Marian is always aware of market trends and also knows the housing market very well. She is a very experienced realtor who represented us well in purchasing our house in Connecticut. I've dealt with many realtors in my life and Marian is absolutely at the top of my list.
