I have bought and sold many homes in many different states and I can say with full confidence that Rachel is hands down the best realtor I've had the chance to work with. She was extremely patient with me, always took my phone calls and was ready to answer my questions and address any concerns that I had and never blew me off in my long search for my dream home. Rachel was completely honest with me about every property and had an eye for detail with every home we saw. She was able to not only find the perfect home for me, but was able negotiate an incredible deal after issues that came up in inspections. Our personalities worked great together and I enjoyed getting to work with her. It's been a few months since I have closed on my home and Rachel has still checked in with me to ensure that I am completely happy and to see if there is anything I need or if I have questions. She's even helped facilitate solutions very quickly for issues I've run into after moving in. Rachel is someone who so obviously cares about what she does and the people that she works with. I would recommend Rachel to absolutely everyone I know!!!

Rachel was amazing, warm, detail oriented and very helpful. All reassuring qualities especially for me since I'm a remote purchaser. I actually bought two homes from Rachel within a week. She immediately looped me in with the builder to buy my primary residence and a rental property, both in Wesley Chapel, FL. Rachel arranged with the builder's agent to show the completion remotely, interacted with the title agency when required, recommended rent ready upgrades, connected me with property management, legal and home improvement contacts. Overall, I had an outsanding experience and plan to continue working with her for future purchases. I highly recommend Rachel for anyone living or moving to the Tampa area.

Rachel is truly one of the most amazing realtors and human beings I have ever encountered. Living out of state, she went above and beyond time and time again for us even when our plans changed numerous times. She made me feel so comfortable from the second we met, taking me around the areas in Florida that she felt would be a good fit. Her extensive knowledge really helped us pick the perfect area. She did everything in her power to get us in the exact communication location we wanted. Her professionalism and constant communication over the last year made our moving out of state process less stressful. I can’t put into words how grateful me and my family are for Rachel. I have referred her to people in my family looking for property in the florida area. Anyone who has the privilege of working with Rachel will be blown away!

Maria was very warm when coming to our home to explain the process of selling our home. The information give was accurate and helpful. John was great with negotiations and keeping us updated. Office manager Debbie Moquin was outstanding. She was there through it all. She kept in touch with every little detail during the sale. Answered any and all questions that I had. Debbie went above and beyond and made me feel at ease.
