Margaret did an exceptional job with the sale of my home. She helped me understand the process and advised me on which things I should and should not do to prepare my home for sale. Her can-do, service-oriented approach was exactly what I needed. She located professionals to ready my home for sale. She helped me determine a price point that worked, and reviewed multiple offers with me, having done the due diligence with the lenders. All of that you could say about many realtors. What set Margaret apart was how much she invested herself into our project, the diligence she put into data collection, the enthusiasm she expressed about my home, and her personal touch. Her advice was spot-on. She was more than a realtor to me - she was a confidant and my partner, and she made our big project joyful and fun! I couldn't have done it without her, and I highly recommend her.

Words are not enough to express how grateful we are to Margaret for her professionalism and savvy real estate market insight. It is daunting and emotional to sell your home of 24 years filled with family memories. Her kindness, support and tireless dedication kept us sane and confident throughout the process. Her recommendation for pricing was well researched and the timing of our listing was spot on. She made time for every prospective buyer to return several times to view our home and was present at every showing. We listed on a Wednesday and by the following Tuesday we had 8 strong offers. Our home sold for over asking. It is without hesitation that we recommend Margaret when choosing a realtor. She is a top notch professional and a great person.

Margaret was recommended by a colleague of mine and I’m so glad we connected! Margaret was very responsive and supportive while house searching during the past couple of years (during the hectic housing market!). For the house I purchased, Margaret worked diligently over the weekend while she was out of town. She knew what the ideal offer may look like and made sure I was comfortable with the offer. Margaret was communicative throughout the process and made it a smooth process for me as a first homebuyer. I don’t think I would have been able to purchase my home without her support! I would highly recommend Margaret!

Margaret sold our "well-loved" home of 25-years in Reading and helped us a buy a new home (of our dreams) in Tewksbury. Her expertise on both sides of the process was invaluable in an extremely competitive, historically low inventory market. To say she was responsive is an understatement...I often texted her late in evening or early morning for my own convenience, not expecting a response, but she always responded in moments. Her knowledge of the local markets and her keen instincts for preparing winning offers are second to none....and she secured a significant over asking price for our house, which allowed us to stretch to the next level of home in our search. We appreciated her honesty and candor throughout the sales and purchase process, as she saved us valuable time when she knew a certain house would sell out of our price range or that we could do better on a particular property! Her staging design team, under the direction of Bente, made our house look like an ad in magazine, which no doubt attracted a larger group of potential buyers. Her Do's and Don'ts suggestions before listing our home saved us money on home repair items we thought was needed and had us spend the money on items that we hadn't considered, which led to a higher sales price. Margaret is simply the best in the business and we give her the highest recommendation possible.
