When my wife and I began looking for a home earlier this year a friend recommended we reach out to Margaret. Long story short we are very happy that we did. Margaret went above and beyond bringing us to dozens of houses every week, being exceptionally patient with us as we searched for our dream home. As Margaret learned our preferences she went way out of her way, rearranging her weekend plans, to show us the home we wound up buying, needless to say my family is extremely grateful for Margaret! I recommend her to anyone interested in finding their dream home.

Margaret is an excellent realtor and a wonderful person! She was recommended to me by a friend. I gave her one phone call and right away Margaret began working to find my family a house. Margaret always had houses to show us, even when the inventory was low. She was also very helpful in guiding us through the process of putting in a bid; and how much we should offer to have a chance in getting the house. My husband and I were very cautious, but Margaret stuck with us and was very kind in the process. She was always available to us whether by text or phone. Our home that we ended up buying was a home that Margaret got us in to see before anyone else. Between the low inventory and the bidding wars, I know that Margaret is the reason we got our house! We found our home that we love so much on December 28, 2016, which is not a prime time to see or buy a house. Even though there were houses along the way that we liked, our home is the house that we love the most out of any of the others. Margaret found us our very first home and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Margaret! She won't stop until you are happy and settled in your home!

My wife & I cannot say enough wonderful things about Margaret. She is a world-class realtor. From the moment we met her, the sale of our house has been like an express train. In very short order she had arranged the house photographs, listing and an open house. She had people lined up from the get-go. Within a few days we had people lined up to see the house - within days of that we had offers and as of this writing are in contract with a buyer. Never mind that the market is favorable to sellers - Margaret made the difference in getting us a buyer ASAP. We also appreciated Margaret's tips about our house re: what to do and what not to do prior to putting it on the market, as well as her staying in regular touch with us via phone, email and texting. We've recommended Margaret to others and highly do so here! You can't go wrong with her!

Margaret radiates confidence in her real estate expertise. Her knowledge of extensive resources enabled me to smoothly overcome obstacles. Her knowledge of the real estate process kept me calm and collected, most of the time. And her sense of humor, .........when I DID get stressed out and told her I was reaching for the Xanax, she brought me a present in the form of a small green bell inscribed," Ring For Xanax!" I will never hesitate to buy/ sell a property when Margaret is leading the way!
