Adam was a dream to work with. He was incredibly attentive without being pushy, and I felt completely confident that I was in good hands and getting sound advice every step of the way. He patiently explained things to me as a first time homebuyer without ever making me feel like I was asking a dumb question. I was looking casually for a year before I ever made an offer and Adam never put any kind of pressure on me to move faster than I was comfortable, but was ready to kick it into gear the second I wanted to charge forward. He was also highly knowledgeable, reliable, and a lot of fun to work with!

Sarah was so helpful for us navigating the market as first-time buyers. She was recommended to us by family, and it felt like she was excited to get to know us and what we were looking for. She was very responsive right from the beginning, supporting us as we made decisions without pressuring or rushing us. She helped us explore options that we might not have thought of ourselves and she guided us through unexpected situations that came up during inspections and multiple negotiations. It felt good knowing someone with Sarah's expertise was on our team during the whole process, and we recommend her wholeheartedly!

We worked with Donnell to buy a home under fairly stressful circumstances and can’t imagine having done with anyone else. Donnell was absolutely wonderful to work with. He’s knowledgeable and responsive, but where he stands out is his calm, measured, and good-humored approach. He was very respectful of our budget and criteria, gently steered us away from our more impulsive inclinations, and guided us through the buying process for a house and neighborhood we are so happy with. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!

David Evans went above and beyond in his efforts to sell my condo of 21 years (and in a down market and in the off-season, no less). He brought in a very talented and responsive team to prepare and stage it for sale.--They did a beautiful job within a tight time frame. All the while, even during a challenging negotiation, he remained confidently calm--with me, with prospective buyers, and with his team. Most important, of course, I was very satisfied with the sales price. I am so very grateful to this talented, engaged, focused, and patient professional. I recommend him without qualification.
