Over the years I have worked with numerous realtors from different states and countries, and am always seeking the best of the best professionals to work with. I am so glad I found Maikol Akintonde and his team. To date three of our properties have been sold by Maikol and his team, each one of them were quite a challenge in different ways. What make him stand out is, his high level of integrity, his extensive ackowledge and experience, he and the team's dedication toward the goals, he puts the client's needs first, and this is just to name a few. Further more, Maikol's patient and calm character, and outstanding people's skills, turns the rather stressful and frustrated process into a delightful experience. Nowadays, I often come to Maikol and Jaye for their suggestions on what properties to invest next. I am forturnate to find Maikol and Jaye, through the recommendation by an investor's community member, another real estate investor, so I would like the good word passed on to the next fortunate customer.

Maikol Akintonde is a wonderful agent and person to work with. He takes the time to get to know you in order to best serve you, and he is able to know exactly what you are saying even when you are not speaking. He comes with a wealth of knowledge and was able to assist me from start to finish. With everything that is going on today, in the world, and marketplace even in real estate, he was able to direct me to the perfect home. Maikol was able to help me to begin to enjoy the home buying process and made it an exceptional experience especially once I was in my new home.
