Mike was extremely pleasant to work with. He was able to sell and close on our home in under 2 months. Would highly recommend to family and friends. He went above what was asked and would often check in with progress updates. Looking forward to dealing with Mike in the future.

Mike is a total professional. He always and consistently had my best interest in play when handling both my purchase and subsequent sale. Most importantly, he is ETHICAL and HONEST...in a business where these traits are becoming more difficult to find in people. Simply stated - AWESOME professional, GENUINE human being!!!

He helped us buying bank owned house. Amazing guy. Quick in responding and always on time. He don't push for something I wasn't interested in which was the most important thing for us. He went out of his way to contacted township to make sure there is no water bill due and guess what? We learned that last owner did not pay for $2k of water bill (hard to believe but it's true). We were able to get this money from the bank. On top of that he helped finding contractors. Highly recommended.

His local knowledge and contacts really help in making a good choice for your Home.Apart from Home search he helped in suggesting a contractor for renovation work which came out very well.
