Working with Machelle Nye was great ,,, she found me exactly what I was looking for in a home , she is so well connected with all the right people that even the closing took less than 30 days. searching for the right home takes time and can be discouraging. Machelle was a pleasure to work with , and has a team of experts working along with Her that make things happen where other agents have failed . It has been truly a blessing to have found Her after dealing with other agents who who did not have my interest at heart . 5 stars to Machelle ! Machelle became my friend in the very difficult process of buying a home out of state. We live in Florida and are moving in May to our beautiful new home in Idaho. Rocky mountain high! She is knowledgeable, competent and a real hard worker. She soothed my nerves and got the job done. She is a great negotiator and defender between finance companies and her clients. I called Machelle around 10:00 am on a Sunday morning to see 3 properties on my way out of town. She arranged to see 2 out of 3 of them! After returning home to CA on Monday, I spoke with my husband about one of the properties. We decided to put in an offer on Tuesday and by Wednesday, Machelle helped us secure the deal! She was always available for us by phone. This was the easiest home purchase we have ever had! Thank you Machelle for all your hard work! Can't wait to be your neighbors in Idaho!!

I spent many weeks with Machelle shopping for just the right place. Her patience is astounding!
