Mac was great. It was our first time buying a house and he was patient and showed us a number of different houses to help us determine what we wanted. He was knowledgeable about the process, straight forward, and honest about things we could expect.

In the process of selling our home, there were several parts (read houses and owners that all had to fall perfectly into line for everyone to sell and then buy the next house. Meaning there was a lot of backward planning that had to be accomplished ahead of time. Then there was coordinating with all of the other financial institutions, title companies, inspections, paperwork, filing fee's, and everything else that had to happen in order with each and every house. Mac keep it all straightened out and kept us informed at every house's status, so we knew what was going on and what was going to happen next. Mac explained everything, good or bad, and why it was that way, without all the industry jargon. He would tell use the name of a form and then explain in layman terms what it meant and why it was necessary. Because of Mac's professionalism, he became a friend, that I'm still in touch with today. I would use Mac again, if I ever needed a Real Estate Broker in the future. I would recommend him to all my family and friends, if they were to ask me about my experiences with this sale and purchase. Greg and Rita Jones
