Keith did an amazing job helping us! We went from look at houses everyday to getting into our first house! He really made this process as simple as possible and as stress free as possible for us. Our casual visit to an open house turned into Keith finding us a home that checked all the boxes. Keith was extremely helpful and professional throughout the purchase of our new home. He listened to our wants/needs and found us the perfect place to start the next chapter of our lives. Jennifer was instrumental in helping me find the house of my dreams! From the beginning, Jennifer was always available by phone call, text, and email. She quickly and easily established the details of what I wanted, and set me up to see houses that matched that criteria as soon as they hit the market. I didn't have to wait for the listings to appear online somewhere just to find out they had been listed for awhile and the house had already sold, instead I was always up-to-date. Jennifer then worked out efficient plans to easily view any home I was interested in. During a tour, she would point out the good and the bad with the house and with the neighborhood. I never once felt pressured. When we put in offers, she provided timely updates. And when several offers fell though, she found out why so that I could adjust my offers. We found a house, and with her skill navigated the offer and purchase. She is well-aware of which mortgage lenders, lawyers, and insurance companies are quick and easy to deal with. Because of her skill, we closed in less than a month from offer acceptance. I have moved a lot and purchased 5 houses in my life.
