Daniel has worked with us for more than a year to finally find our dream home. He displayed an extreme and above standard knowledge of everything surrounding realty. We would do a walk through in a home we were interested in and he would point things out that we had missed that could potentially be a big deal. He did research for us on so many houses to make sure they fit everything that we laid out that we wanted. We couldn’t have done it without him and are so glad we were able to work with him. After being let down by my first realtor I took a chance with Saniyyah and she truly exceeded all of my expectations. I moved to the area for work not knowing anyone and in a bit of a time crunch and Saniyyah was able to show me some of the best neighborhoods and even referred me to a great mortgage lender. She helped ease my mind throughout what I thought was going to be a painfull process. It was completely the opposite working with Saniyyah.
