Lucy is probably the best realtor you can work with! She helped me and my wife find an amazing townhouse in great area. Throughout the process she supplied us with everything we need to know, found many good choices matching our criteria, gave us foundations to help us make good decisions and stayed on top of things at all times. She is very professional but also easy going, understanding and compassionate working in YOUR best interest. Lucy is your best friend during the process. She goes out of her way to make sure you find what you're looking for and always responds promptly to communication. Our home buying process wasn't the most pleasant due to certain complications but Lucy made it that much better and helped us keep up the confidence with attached "keep pushing, don't give up" mentality. Thanks to her we managed to get the best place that met our needs during very tough real estate market period. I can't say enough good things about Lucy and I am constantly recommending her to friends and family who are in the market related to buy or sell.

Working with Lucy was great. She has great knowledge of the market and is very responsive. All our questions were answered in no time! Lucy's great negotiation skills helped us purchase a home with seven offers. She also helped us sell our condo unit and it went under contract in less than a week.

Highly recommend. Lucy is one of the most knowledgeable real estate agents that I've came across. She knows the ins and outs that an average shopper would not even think about or consider. Unlike other agents who try to push you to buy a property, she tells you everything, good or bad so that you can make a informed decision. Even after I was set on my property, she brought up things to consider not only now, but also in the future when I'm selling. Her goal is not to simply sell you a house, but to find you a dream home that you will love. Working with her is a pleasure and will definitely use again.
