Malinda was incredible when assisting us in selling our home. She was always very responsive to any text messages or phone calls. She helped us find DIY ways to fix things in our house that saved us tons of money. She was very knowledgeable, especially when it came to the value of homes in our area. She helped us sell our house for a lot higher than asking value and much more than we thought we would ever get out of our house. I HIGHLY reccomend her!

Extremely patient and honestly. Truly looks out for you and places your best interest and the number one priority. Darryl was absolutely amazing! This was our first time going through the home buying process, and Darryl made it so easy and attainable. Malinda was great from start to finish. Sold our home during the Covid stay-at-home order, which was impressive. This group sells a large volume of homes and the experience shows. Would highly recommend the Lucas Howard Group.
