It was great working with Lucas and his partner. Every time we reached out, Lucas responded immediately. We were remote buyers and Lucas helped us maximize our time when we needed to travel to South Florida for viewings. I would definitely recommend working with Lucas if you are in the market in either NJ or FL.

Lucas is by far the most honest and upfront person. Everything he said to us had validity, was reasonable, and was in our best interest. He was not at all pushy or impatient and is the total opposite of what I thought brokers are like. His knowledge of the market, valuation of home, and availability 24/7 far exceeded or expectations. He followed through with everything promised and was a pleasure to work with!

Lucas was great every step of the way and very knowledgeable. He was amazing with negotiating and working with the seller and agent to get the price lower and with a credit. He answered any question I had, as I was a first time home buyer! He always was honest and transparent but most importantly confident and trustworthy.
