Our experiences with Derick have been nothing short of fantastic. We purchased our home with him back in 2020 and sold that home with him in 2024. He has the best interest for his clients and his knowledge about the real estate industry is extensive. He puts his clients first and always goes to bat for them. Derick and his team are absolutely fantastic and we could not recommend him more.

This team is truly remarkable. We worked mostly with Lisa, but as a team they covered everything that we could have needed and more. Lisa spent a lot of time listening to our goals, and worked as if it was a priority for her to help us accomplish our goals. We went after a very desirable house that had a lot of attention, and Lisa was able to secure the deal for us at a price that we were happy with. She was focused and attentive when we needed to work diligently to secure the house. We were working remotely from another state, but quickly realized Lisa had our best interest at heart and was organized to make sure no details were missed, so we were able to enjoy buying our house rather than stress. We are grateful that we had the chance to work with the Lori and Lisa team, and would again when the opportunity arises!

Derick was great to work with! My wife and I had an excellent experience finding, touring, and buying our first home with Derick. He was always prompt and helped us to turn our wants and needs into finding homes to consider. We really appreciated his advice and suggestions based on his experience, which he provided to us in a way that never felt pushy and allowed us to move at our own pace. We’re now in a wonderful home and are very grateful for the services we received from Derick and his team (Cori is the best). We highly recommend Derick to anyone looking to buy a home.

Lori and Lisa sold our sugarhouse home for us. They are very thorough and are true professionals. They have tons of local knowledge and have been in this area forever so they know what’s up. They are truly wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

Derick is awesome. He was always working so hard to get us the best on everything, both buying and selling. He fought hard and kept us in the loop whenever we ran into issues, both with the house builder and those buying our old house. He was always available on a timely manner and always left us with the necessary information to make decisions important to selling the house and buying a new one. His team was also great. Always responsive and timely with their emails and responses to questions. We have used Derick twice now and plan to use him again if we ever sell or buy again.
