I am an out-of-state physician who was looking for an outstanding agent in the Luxury Home market. And I discovered the greatest agent ever, Lori Anderson Benson! There are no words to adequately describe how truly great Lori is. Having worked with excellent realtors in the past, I can declare, that her abilities surpass even these most-excellent realtors. In my view, she is not only a top Realtor; she is THE TOP Realtor in the United States—in a class of her own. If you were to list all the qualities you’d want in an IDEAL agent, she would EXCEED every category: TOPS in listening and attunement, TOPS in integrity, TOPS in knowledge, TOPS in negotiation, you name it, TOPS in everything. Even after closing, she facilitated contractors and bids on my behalf, saving me a tremendous amount of time and energy. She also has a keen artistic flair for interiors, on par with my own professional interior designers. Her counterpart in the realm of medicine and surgery would be akin to a miraculous healer, who despite all odds, saves your life and restores your health. Lori was my realtor for selling a high-value luxury home in Vancouver, WA. It was an excellent experience and result overall, and I would choose her to represent me as my real estate professional again in a heartbeat. Here are some key reasons why I have rated Lori so highly: (1) She has a great deal of knowledge, experience, and seasoning in selling luxury homes in the Portland/Vancouver market. That was very evident in her marketing, pricing, and presentation of the home, as well as negotiating deals that emerged. (2) She has excellent ideas and strategies to help market your home and highlight important features, combined with a strong sense of initiative to make things happen quickly. (3) Lori is a very strong communicator who actively listens to your goals and needs in selling the home and is good at thoroughly explaining things and updating you on relevant issues and observations. I really appreciated her availability and responsiveness. (4) In my interactions with Lori, I found her to always have a very high level of integrity in working through issues for both parties with any deal. Lori is not only an outstanding agent, she is a great person. She has integrity and work ethic which are two key qualities I look for. She is so good that I had her represent my home as a seller, and represent me as a buyer. She was able to balance the two without pause and closed both deals on time. I have purchased and sold many homes, Lori is now my "go to person".
