Liz Sheffield did an exceptional job as our real estate professional. Buying a home from the other side of the country is very difficult. Liz made it easy , even during the COVID-19 pandemic. She posted many videos and worked closely with us to get our dream home! I would highly recommend her if you’re serious about buying your dream home!

It was a pleasure working with Liz who helped us to find the house of our dreams. We started working with her in the summer of 2020 during the Covid pandemic and she was still able to show us quite a few homes and both she and her staff were very professsional and helpful. I highly recommend her.

I found Liz through a personal recommendation, and glad I did. The same day I initially called her she was able to show me houses. She helped me narrow down the field and ultimately find the home I recently bought. I truly appreciate her patience and calm demeanor in helping me through the entire process. I recommend investing your time in Liz, she will not disappoint!

I don’t think there are enough superlatives to adequately describe how helpful and supportive Liz was during the home buying process. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous and uncertain, but Liz and Karren simplified the process for us and guided us each step of the way. They were the ultimate advocates, making sure we had all the information at our fingertips and providing answers to questions we didn’t even know we had. They were constantly available nights, weekends, and even on Liz’s birthday to answer our every question and make sure we had everything we needed for each step in the process. From paperwork to viewings, they are true experts and will make sure you are on top of every last detail. They helped us choose inspectors, insurance agencies, a lender, and everything else you don’t even know you will need. Liz walked us through the negotiation process and advocated for us at each step from the offer, to the inspections, through to the closing. On top of all of this, she helped make what could be a very stressful time fun and exciting instead. We love our new home and couldn’t recommend her more. If you are buying a house in Santa Fe, go with Liz!

Liz marketed my ridgetop adobe with amazing results in an incredibly difficult time ( Coronavirus Pandemic ). Her knowledge and expertise on all aspects of selling the house were spot on. After living in Santa Fe for over 40 years Liz is by far the most knowledgeable real estate agent I have come across. Liz and Karren helped us with every detail of the process.
