We were remote buyers, and Laurel did a terrific job accommodating our needs to help us find, evaluate, and offer on properties to meet our needs. In the end, we were thrilled with the results. She made several trips to view properties and communities while we were away to give us an assessment based upon criteria she gathered from us. Additionally, she sought additional information for us from members of the community, HOA, and construction trades. She set up interviews and introductions with builders. I'm not sure that we could have secured a property and begun the steps toward building our home without her help.

Hi everyone! Liz Power just sold my house - she was amazing! First and foremost, she's super nice to work with. She's so knowledgeable. When I had a question she had the answer, she's completely transparent, there are no surprises during the process. If you're not sure about something, ask her! She will give you options and help you with decisions. Go see her when you're ready to sell/buy, she's the agent for you!

I worked with Susan Ready on finding my house, and it was a great experience! She helped me find lots of houses matching my criteria and also went above and beyond to be available to look at houses with me. After we found the right one, she also assisted me through every step from putting together an offer to closing. Highly recommended!

We purchased our first home with Susan Ready and she was amazing every step of the way. With a baby due in November of this year I was feeling anxious to find a place, and she did all the work for us and answered all of our questions easily. My husband and I were so grateful to have someone that had our best interest in mind in this crazy market, and it paid off tremendously. Less than a month between our showing and closing! We had the best experience with Susan! We were first time home buyers and nervous about hiring a real estate agent (particularly being pushed to buy outside of our budget). Susan was everything we could’ve asked for! She never pushed outside of our budget. She laid out all the options when writing up offers with her recommendations but making sure we knew everything was our decision and comfort level. She gave us lots of advice and encouragement throughout the process (especially when things were discouraging) and truly became more of a friend than a hired agent. We highly recommend her to everyone!
