Working with Brandee was amazing, she made the entire process so much easier than I would have imagined it being as a first time homebuyer. Brandee was truly amazing. I was focused on finding a condo in Ventura, Oxnard or Pt Hueneme areas. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the insights she had into the various neighborhoods. She is local in the area and has a wealth of information. She guided me to make an informed decision based on my requirements. She was also able to connect me with local various professionals when it came to doing work on my condo: screen repair, plumber, and general handy person. They were all top-notch because she had worked with them in the pasta and were vetted. I recommend working with Brandee. You will be happy with the experience.

Mandy did an amazing job selling our home, ultimately helping us to get hundreds of thousands of dollars over our asking price. We couldn't be happier. From the time and energy she put into guiding us in the staging of our home (she has fantastic taste), to the way she kept in touch and communicated at every stage, Mandy gave her full attention and effort to selling our home and helping us buy a new one. She is a great negotiator and we were so thankful to have her in our corner throughout the process. She's also simply a great person, a lot of fun to be around.
