Lisa Thompson and Bill Thompson are true professionals. Our property had been a rental for several years and needed extensive updating and freshening. We live in a different state, so we were very apprehensive as to how this could work. Lisa and Bill impressed us from beginning to end! They are trustworthy and experienced, suggesting reasonable options, creating timelines for getting bids and completion dates, supervising the needed repairs and renovation, keeping within our budget and expectations, and communicating along the way so that we were never left wondering. AND, they managed to bring us several offers to choose from! The Thompson Team is like no other real estate experience I’ve ever had. From the initial contact, their presentation, and their commitment to follow through exactly as promised it was above and beyond our expectations. As out of state owners we were cautious in our selection because we needed someone we could depend on for more than the normal transaction details of a sellers agent. With Lisa & Bill leading their team they committed to an incredible schedule to ready the property for a very tight deadline to list. All the while I expected delays but when the few delays occurred they adjusted accordingly to hold and meet our schedule. The preparation was magnificent, the listing was amazing, and the transaction was seamless for us.
