Lisa always does an amazing job. I have purchased one house and sold two houses with Lisa. She is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive throughout the entire process. If you are buying or selling it can be a stressful experience, but with Lisa I have never felt that way. All my questions have always been answered completely, honestly and quickly. Lisa was top notch from day one! We unexpectedly found a house that we adored in Florida, put in a bid and immediately called Lisa to help us get our Maryland house on the market. She met us when we returned Sunday and set up an 'attack' plan on how to get our house on the market and sold within the time frame we needed to settle on the house in Florida! She came in, did a tour of our home, took some pictures to make a listing of "COMING SOON!" to give the professional photographer time to come in and send her the actual photos and published the full listing Thursday - by Friday we had two offers and settled 4 weeks later in time for us to get to our Florida settlement. She far exceeds all the above listed qualities that we gave her well deserved 5 star ratings! This process couldn't have been any easier! She's incredible!

You get information within minutes of it reaching her. You get documents to sign within minutes of any change of terms. She doesn't loose her cool or tell you what to do.
