We have enlisted Lisa’s expertise in our real estate needs on multiple occasions over a 10-year period, and as expected she has gone above and beyond what we asked for. Lisa’s approach is to simplify the process by providing realistic expectations and clear data based on current market conditions. I won’t say that every home will have multiple full price offers on the first day, but it appears to be the norm with our experience with Lisa. She comes very prepared, versed, and always has a clear and concise plan on how to maximize her client’s real estate needs. We have never had a stressful experience and always knew we had the best professional in the business to alleviate pain-points, roadblocks, and miscommunication. We always appreciate Lisa’s candor and honesty throughout the process and find having her as your advocate to always be pleasurable and consistent. You will not go wrong with Lisa, and she will have your best interests in mind when she is negotiating on your behalf. And having an experienced and fully capable professional on your side, its hard to not feel confident as you move through the entire process.

Lisa was a great ambassador for our move to Arizona! First, she helped us locate a rental in Paradise Valley. Then, she helped us hone in our search for a new construction or rehab opportunity. After viewing several homes, we purchased one in Scottsdale. Lisa was a pro throughout the entire process, and even introduced us to our builder!

Lisa did an excellent job in all respects for the selling of our house. She capably assisted with setting an appropriate sale price; she reliably worked with us to consider and counter offers we received; she offered advice and options throughout the process. Lisa did a great job assisting us to prepare the house for sale, recommending businesses to provide staging and other interior improvements. Once the house was officially listed, Lisa immediately held a successful open house and quickly acquired several offers. Throughout the inspection and closing process, Lisa was thoroughly engaged and continued to communicate with us to make sure everything proceeded in a timely and correct manner. I highly recommend Lisa for any real estate transaction. I would gladly work with her again.

Lisa was outstanding. I needed to sell my mom’s house, while living in Maryland. Lisa was recommended to me. Best recommendation I have had in years. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable about selling real estate. She help me pick out a selling price, suggested things to make the house present better, and even helped me find people to make the repairs. She seemed to always be ready for my phone or text calls - and always patient in answering. Last, she is a honest and good person.
