Not only did she sell our home for us and help us navigate the inevitable bumps of that process, but she also contacted the agent managing our new home and helped smooth that process for us. Lisa went above and beyond in her communications with me, calling me whenever she had important news and texting me regularly for quick, informal updates. We also always felt free to reach out to her at any time. Finally, her years of local experience make her someone who knows the ins and outs of the entire area. She has experienced nearly every type of sale and purchase possible, making her the most important player in the game.

Lisa sold our house we built in 1997 when we decided to downsize to a condo. She was amazing with her suggestions & expertise. Her attention to details was 2nd to none. She kept us informed of all necessary information from beginning to end. If you want a truly professional, satisfactory selling or buying experience- Lisa is your person! No wonder she has been #1 in her field for over 3 years.

Lisa knows the Vandalia area better than any other realtor. She’s extremely professional and when you hire her, you hire an entire team focused on selling or buying your home. Lisa set us up with another top performance photographer who documented and showcased all the features of our home. When it was time for our listing to “go live,” it felt like there were numerous buyers waiting to get a showing time. Our home eventually got multiple offers and Lisa ensured our needs were met by those willing to pay the most, which was a far better situation than we could have ever expected. We’re extremely grateful to Lisa and her team and I think anyone not giving her the opportunity to work for them would be losing out on the top performing realtor in Ohio.

Lisa was the absolute best! She helped us buy our house as we moved from out of state. She knows the area so well and responded quickly to all of our questions. When we found the house we loved she negotiated and helped us get our house that had multiple offers on it. I would definitely recommend working with Lisa!
