This was our second time working with Lisa. She helped us sell and buy this time, and we had a fantastic experience working with her! She's knowledgable, reliable, was always in touch with us throughout the process, and really went above and beyond to make sure we felt at ease during what was a stressful process. She's always available by phone call/text, which was great for myself, as I'm not well versed in real estate. After the first time we bought with her help, we didn't hesitate to call her this second time when it was time to move. We can't recommend her enough!

Thank You Lisa! We would have been lost without you… Wife are I are first time homebuyers super intimidated by this competitive market but super selective too. Lisa worked with us end to end and got us a home within budget, nice area, good school district all the while being highly informative and accomodating.

Lisa is a wonderful person. She helped us to find a beautiful home for us. Being a first time home buyer she guided me well on each step and she was there for me whenever I needed. She is very friendly and family oriented. She goes beyond and see what is good for her client. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

I really don’t know where to start , so I’ll start in the middle …. Finding my first home I was scared and lost , Lisa reach out to me after I did a search on Zillow. When I first met Lisa she cared about what I wanted and let me know upfront that with real estate if it’s meant to be then I’ll have it . I held on to that statement for about 2 to 3 years , that’s how long it took me to find the property that fits my budget . Lisa hang in there With me until I close on my condominium in January of 2022. Lisa showed more faith in me than I had in my self and that’s a fact . Lisa went to several showings on behalf of me in NJ ,because at the time I lived and work in NYC , whiles she had me on face time she took her time to go over every aspect of the home to ensure the home was in good standing . I honestly believe that they do not make people like Lisa Grande anymore . She’s a kind soul , I have loads of love and respect for her . The day of closing I remember her saying to me if u need anything at the store let me know or when u hv deliveries and u can’t be here , I’ll come by to ensure it’s done…. She saw the puzzle look on my face , Lisa said to me ….”listen ….at this point I’m Not your Relator , I’m your friend “ . Thank you Lisa , I appreciate your kindness , compassion and understanding. My boyfriend and I were first time buyers and are not originally from New Jersey. From the first time we met Lisa, she kept in mind things that were important to us lifestyle wise and prioritized finding a location for us first. She is extremely knowledgable about the towns we were looking at and even gave us tours of downtowns and parks since she knew how important those aspects were to us. We found the perfect location all thanks to her. She was patient and treated us like her own friends. She was honest about potential problems we might run into if we selected a certain house. She was quick with putting in offers and reaching out to other agents. She was always responsive and even waited to accept a delivery at our new house since we could not make it in time! I would recommend Lisa to everyone and will 100% contact her again. Thanks Lisa!!!
