Lisa and her team are amazing! We have worked with Lisa for more than 18 years. She helped us find our first house in the Seattle area when we moved here in 2005 and just recently helped us find a new home as our family's needs changed. She was extremely patient as we rode out the last few wild waves of the market, waiting until we found just the right house! She kept our interests at the forefront of every tour, reminding us of things that we might forget, even when it might mean we didn't make an offer on that house. Throughout the purchase she was exceptionally professional and guided us through the sometimes technical process with ease. Then it was time to turn around and sell our house! We prepped as quickly as possible and within 3 days of listing we had 3 offers in hand! Her market savvy and recommendations helped us smoothly buy and sell in what felt like an uncertain time. Finally, Lisa is very fun to work with and is a kind and thoughtful person. We can't recommend her enough!

Lisa and her team were phenomenal to work with! We have used her to both buy and sell our house. Both times while we were out of state. Lisa is very knowledgable about the area and real estate. She was able to answer every question we had and even the ones we didn't know we had. Lisa was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. She made sure both buying and selling went smoothly for us! We are very appreciative of Lisa and her team!

Lisa Bender was extremely Knowledgeable and did an amazing job looking out for us from start to finish!! It was very obvious she wanted us to be happy with the house we purchased. I would recommend her to anyone!!
