Linda and Leon have helped us sell our house in 2023, Mountain View, CA and one house in 2018, Fremont, CA. We were very fortunate in having Linda and her team help us list our houses. Linda and Leon are very professional throughout the whole process.They strategically analyze the local market, pricing strategy, potential buyer groups, outstanding preparation including high return of investment remodeling, top notch staging, photographing and cleaning, marketing, strong communication and negotiation skills to maximize the outcome. They are highly trustworthy especially when the market condition is challenging. Our previous property had been listed without good results until we met Linda and Leon. They were very communicative, understanding and helped us with professional guidance based on decades of experience. The property is less desirable as compared to other bigger houses in the area, but with Linda's help, the property was updated and staged like a model home. The execution of Linda's team was flawless, we got multiple offers within one week. Eventually they helped us get a top offer with their experience and impressive negotiation process. We were so glad we chose Linda and her team among others to represent us to sell our home in this difficult market. Linda was my agent for a previous sale in Mission Hill 5 years ago. When we contemplated to sell an investment home in MSJ, we again reached out to Linda as our top choice of agent for her expertise in the local market. Linda is professional and yet candid with her assessments of market conditions. She was quick to point out a few things to improve the appeal. I was very impressed with the staging efforts, where it helped to guide the buyers to keep the house bright and yet cozy, and make the best use of space!
