Linda was great to work with , she helps champion the entire process , and goes out of her way to ensure all parties are happy. She’s very responsive on text and helps guide you through the upcoming steps, so you’re as ready as possible. She’s even purchased fire extinguishers for us. So I would absolutely recommend her to services to anyone trying to get the best deal , whether you’re a tenant or owner. Thank you Linda !

Linda was a fantastic realtor to work with — she was super thorough, making sure all the nitty gritty details that I wouldn’t have thought of, were considered, reassuring me that she was looking out for my best interest. Linda was consistently available and responsive, quickly answering any queries I had, actively checking in on me, and coordinating across all relevant parties to ensure the pace at which things were moving once I had decided to make an offer on a home was timely. Beyond these things, Linda was extremely supportive throughout the process - she “showed up” for me in a number of ways that I don’t think most realtors do nowadays all throughout from showings to offer to inspections to negotiations to closing, and even post-closing to ensure I had the resources/contacts I needed to get off to a successful start in my new home. I would 100% work with Linda again - she is stellar!!!

Linda is very knowledgeable in the Hoboken and Jersey City areas. She provided guidance on both purchasing my investment condo and also rental of the unit. Throughout the process, Linda followed up on action items and provided contacts for services (I.e. legal, mortgage, inspection) required to close.

Linda was awesome in helping us find exactly what we were looking for in our next home. She provided some great insight about the local area and always responded to our questions/concerns in a timely manner. On top of everything, she also negotiates very well with landlords and prospective tenants so that all parties can happily sign an agreeable contract. I highly recommend Linda to anyone who's looking to move into the area.
