Selling a ranch that we had owned and worked on for decades and Linda had experience selling suburban and rural properties. Having owned a ranch herself was very knowledgeable about the unique issues surround a semi rural sale. Linda advised us on repairs and improvements along with how to get the property ready to present. She handled the offers on the property advising us on the pros and cons of each. Once we accepted an offer she got us through the escrow process to the final closing.

Linda has been my CA realtor on buying and selling and she has done an impressive job on both, has become my friend and has calmed me down all through both experiences. I highly recommend her!

It was back in 2010 while passing through when we fell in love with the semi-rural area near Santa Clarita called Green Valley. Shortly after we found a realtor and started looking at houses. That first realtor overlooked that there was a lean on a house we were considering. She managed to get our car almost stuck on a small trail leading to the Pacific Crest Trail because she was sure that there was a house there. She was impossible to get a hold of and not proactive at all, basically a nightmare I had to fire. Then we found LINDA in 2011 and she did not care that we did not have a lot of money to spend, she went to work for us. She even showed us a house that was in escrow because she knew that it had a history of falling out of escrow and sure enough it did. We loved the house and put an offer in right away. It was a short sale, which as you may know is neither short nor easy. Linda got it done though. It took months but she was on it, pushing through. She was very proactive, responsive and professional. She had amazing patients with us too. This was our very first home purchase, we needed a lot of guidance and teaching. She was even our therapist at times as the short sale dragged on. Linda was calm, collected and knowledgeable. She would always keep us up to date on any developments and all the progress. She is a gem in this business and we will definitely call her the minute we decide the sell our house.

I had 2 realtors before I found Linda Marcella Berg. When I contacted her I was nauseous, after dealing with 2 prior realtors. Someone I know, knew her and told me to contact her, that I would be surprised so I did. The past realtors told me my home was hard to sell and would not qualify for financing, not to mention 1 realtor was extremely rude to my family after I signed on the dotted line, literally a night mare. I was amazed how Linda Marcella Berg handled everything, very professional and respectful, my home was not hard to sell and it did qualify for financing and everything went very well. Linda Marcella Berg knows real estate extremely well, and anyone who wants a good realtor and not go threw what I did, please contact her, she will treat you right, and if there are any issues with your property she finds resolutions not problems and she will get your property sold. Buying and selling can be very stressful, your realtor makes all the difference in the world, and Linda Marcella Berg will make that difference.

Linda is a professional-she knows and thoroughly understands the real estate business. She keeps current of the market forces in play for location and what makes a home sell. Not only did she match us up with the perfect buyer; she kept us up to date on any changes as they occurred throughout the escrow process; and there were many. Because we were dealing with an FHA sale there were unusual delays and many bureaucratic hurdles. Linda ensured we were never kept in the dark and was very, very responsive to any of our questions. What really helped us through the process was her providing information to us without having to ask her. Really proactive!! It was a total pleasure working with her.
