We were looking to upgrade from our starter home. It was time for a bit more space, better location, and a few amenities. Our broker suggested Linda, and the process began. From the very beginning, we felt like we were working with the best realtor around. Though Linda works with many clients at all income levels, she always gave us attention as if we were her only client. She kept us informed and was available for questions. Linda helped us sell our former home and buy our current home. This takes a great deal of coordination, and she got the job done. We even did both closings on the same day. With Linda’s help, we are now in a home we want to be in. It checked everything on our list. We do not plan on doing this again in the near future, so we can only repay Linda by referring others to her. By the end of your experience, Mrs. Lear is the kind of person you will want to invite over for a holiday meal.

Linda Lear is a wonder real estate professional. She went above and beyond in her efforts to sell our home for us. She made sure to check on us during COVID 19. She brought us masks and she also brought us boxes to help us pack our belongings. Linda would often call us just to check how we were feeling. She was a wonderful realtor and now she is our new friend. We would definitely recommend Linda to anyone looking for a top notch realtor.
