Linda represented us, as buyers, on our new home in Sun City. She was an AMAZING Realtor and we would highly recommend her to anyone. We were 1,500 miles away trying to purchase a home in a seller’s market and her professionalism, competence, and customer-first attitude were remarkable. Linda is very knowledgeable and pairs that quality with so many other desirable characteristics. She is proactive, responsive, and always on top of everything. She goes above and beyond e.g., video walk-thru of home, coordinating inspections, following up with others, helping out our other Realtor with paperwork on our house sale given we already moved, etc. Linda is calm, composed, and even keeled. Property transactions can be emotional at times and she effectively manages difficult people and situations and leverages her strong diplomacy to skillfully navigate the situation to a successful outcome. She is also an incredible advocate for her clients too. She will be our go-to Realtor and somebody we gladly endorse.

Very patient in the entire process with me, answered all my questions as they come up, very responsive and understanding. I had a bad experience with my lender but Linda was just amazing throughout the entire process.

Linda was wonderful to work with and always available to answer questions. Did a great job show casing my home to draw interest immediately. This lead to a quick sale. She was great at negotiating the sales price. I highly recommend her.

Linda is very professional person. She listen to your desire and fulfil those desires. Schedules all inspection with professionals. Walk though all inspection with the buyer to ensure there are no concerns. Very beautiful and respectful person.
