Linda was amazing! We had given her our wish list of a dream home on the lake. Our budget and wish list was a big challenge for us and her... Linda never stopped thinking of us! Even after many months she kept us in mind and found our perfect home! I can honestly say without Linda we would not have been able to live our lake George dream!

Linda was a pleasure to work with. She has a great deal of local knowledge about not only Lake George real estate but neighborhoods, communities, home owner associations, regulatory agencies, attorneys and banks. She is also very responsive and thorough. For my specific transaction, Linda handled both the sale of my existing home as well as the purchase of my new home. This made the process very easy to coordinate. I would highly recommend Linda (as I already have many times) and would have no hesitation to work with her again.

Linda was amazing... very knowledgable about the area, market and real estate pricing for the lake. She is local which was so helpful. Very responsive and hands on. She did an amazing job for us we were very pleased. Would highly recommend her if you want the best service and price!

Great experience all the way around and we had a very specific and unusual situation. She was wonderful to work with-I'm sorry I hadn't met her sooner because I know we would have been terrific friends! She was helpful in so many ways because I was in California selling a house in New York. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a house or selling a house-top notch all the way around.

linda worked with us as a duel agent. there quite a few unique circumstances with the sellers and she was able to keep everyone moving forward. she is very connected to the community which helped us feel comfortable purchasing a vacation home hours from our main residence.
