Maureen is one of the best realtors to have to help you find a home. Throughout our whole process she was there through everything. She was always early for showings. Had information about the homes that were not listed on the websites. She always showed us houses that fix the criteria of what we were looking for as well as the location. We cannot be more happy and honored to have her help us find our forever home. She will always be special to us and we are so thankful for her help through the whole process....

I rarely write reviews unless I am beyond impressed by a service. Levi Stubbs at Green Star Realty represented me in the sale of my home. He is the real deal. He was very knowledgeable about the local and surrounding market and also gave me tips on how to prepare the house for showings. With Levi, he would listen to the price range you are considering selling and will give you his realistic opinion based on his vast experience and comps in the area. For me, this was in itself a sign that he knows his stuff and wants to ensure your house sells instead of languishing on the market due to being overpriced. My house sold at listing price, and he was there every step of the way diligently coordinating with the buyer’s agent to facilitate the process until closing. A few things stood out for me: 1. He is very responsive and communicative – This alone is the single biggest reason why I feel he’s hands down the best agent that I’ve encountered (I’ve had a couple of buy and sell in the past). I felt like he worked exclusively for me always responding to questions and calls right away or within minutes. 2. He was very useful with providing information for some contractors that could help with inspector-requested repairs 3. He was very pleasant to work with and just goes above and beyond for his clients. 4. He has substantial experience for when curveballs emerge at any point in the selling process. There were a few hiccups and that he was able to quickly provide guidance on how to navigate them and keep the deal moving along was truly impressive. I will definitely use him again if the need arises and I have already referred him to friends. If you are looking for a top-notch agent to sell or buy, consider Levi Stubbs and the Green Star Realty team. Seriously, it’ll probably be the best decision you ever made.

Not enough stars to rate how awesome Wes is! Being from out of state and trying to find a home, we conntected and he knew exactly what we were looking for and finally found it after many offers! Wes is a great guy, very professional and knows his stuff!! If you need a home, this guy will travel, climb under counters, check the outside throughly and may even jump in the pool to check the depth! Highly recommend!!!

Maureen goes above and beyond! So glad to have worked with her to find our home! She was patient in looking at many many homes for us, doing most of her tours via FaceTime as we were not local. Would work with her again and recommend to friends and family without a doubt.
