Laura helped us on our very short notice decision to buy a house. She immediately had great homes ready for us to view and always gave us great insight into the neighborhoods, schools, etc. we couldn't have come to a decision or purchased our home without her! We would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. For us being first time home buyers we were clueless on the process and Laura was always there to answer our questions and concerns. If we ever purchase another home or sell ours, Laura would be our first call.

Laura was very amazing to me as she was when we were buying the house final closing on June 11th, 2015....She also recommend me a great to help me out buy a house in Waterbury. Not like other realtors out there who don't even return call or email delay. She had no problem maneuvering around the situation to get me to house we wanted. She also always made me feel that I Was her most important customer, no matter. She was very honest and offered her opinions and found the perfect house for us... Like Laura who was truly interested in helping us find the right home for us. I suggest you who purchase a house to select Laura Burr, she is amazing! She was familiar with local real estate customs and could help you guys. :) I appreciated with her the best....

Laura was very patient in helping me select a condo. She was always available to answer any questions I might have had. We visited many condos in various locations. We discussed my lifestyle and what I really was looking for in a home, and I greatly appreciated her input. She listened and finally helped me find the perfect place to call home. Very nice person to work with. Would highly recommend.
