Laura is an amazing professional. She is knows how to find the right buyers because she knows who the buyers are based on the property she is selling. She sold my property with multiple out-of-state buyers in the final negotiations. She was patient and courteous with my wife and I. Never did I feel like the burden I’m sure I was. In the end, she sold my property well above the asking price with multiple cash offers. And to top it off, Laura is a great person with a big heart!

Jeffrey was on top of everything in the sale of my Santa Monica townhouse, which was occupied by renters at the beginning. He worked with them to do a few showings, then helped me with the work that needed to be done once they moved out including painting and staging since I was already living in a different State. He worked hard to make sure I got the price I wanted, networked with other agents and it sold quickly, and when problems arose he calmed me down and negotiated a fair solution for all parties. Laura was on top of all the paperwork involved. I can't recommend them highly enough!
